We are devoted to promoting diversity and inclusion in STEM fields. Therefore, we strive to support women and underrepresented genders of all backgrounds and identities to pursue careers in engineering and technology. Our mission is to do this by developing a diverse network and providing our members with mentoring relationships, and professional development opportunities.
